Who is Kathleen Metcalf, and how did Kammbium start?
Kathleen has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and 11 years in the coaching business. She spent 25 years between Miami, San Francisco, and New York City, moved back home to a little town in Vermont, and worked for Mike Ferry as an assistant for six years.
They repeatedly heard the same problems from 65 top-producing agents, which motivated them to create a solution. She started helping agents hire and train assistants and then creating a business. She developed a service over 11 years providing operations support, helping hiring/training/coaching staff members so agents can focus on selling real estate and working more efficiently in their businesses.
