Work in Your CRM From Your Inbox With CBX Gmail Extension!
I’m super excited to introduce a couple of new features that are available on our platform. First things first: You’ve likely received some emails and messages about our awesome new Gmail extension, but we’re proud to now be offering it for free. You can simply download and install the extension—no credit card required, no surprise payments for usage. Of course, if you adopt it and love it (as I’m certain you will), there is an upgrade to the Pro version available for purchase. That said, the free version is still amazing and highly functional, allowing you to do a ton of time-saving, efficiency-boosting stuff with your CRM. If you have Follow Up Boss, Boomtown, or Firepoint, go get it installed on there now!
We’re continuing work on Brivity, Chime, and LionDesk (and there will be other applications as we further develop this great product) but here’s our second big announcement: We just finished our integration with Sierra Interactive and pushed it to Sisu, and now we’re bringing it to market. So, if you have both Sisu and Sierra, go set up the integration on our platform—it’s much better than using Zapier; not only is it more functional, but you’ll also get more activity data like email, dials, text conversations, etc. We also count the lead sources per agent and automate that into Sisu in real time, allowing you to apply way more tags to populate the dashboard from appointment set through closed or lost, as well as conversations.
